Your Submissions are Welcome
Western Washington University undergraduate and graduate students from all disciplines are encouraged to share outstanding works of scholarship, including research and creative projects, in consultation with their academic mentors at Western.
The registration period for 2026 will be April 20 - 24.
Please see the drop-down menus for guidelines and other information about the Poster Session held Wednesday, May 13 in Carver Gym (open to undergraduate and graduate students) and the Three-Minute Thesis Talks, held Thursday, May 14 in Old Main Solarium (open to graduate students).
